I am
Srinivasan, hailing from an orthodox Brahmin family
background. My family and I were Pujaris performing
pujas in Vaitheeswaran temple of Thanjavur district
of Tamil Nadu, South India. I was very much devoted
in our traditional rituals of the Brahmin community,
but my family went through great turmoil because of
my mother’s sickness for 19 years. All my knowledge
in manthras, performing pujas, rituals, witchcraft,
sorcery, tying of sacred thread, offering sacrifices
in temples from Kanyakumari to Kasi could not heal my
mother’s sickness.
